1. Planting:  Place your Azalea in an area that receives full to partial sunlight (a minimum of 4 hours of sunlight daily). Although azaleas prefer to get some afternoon shade, they can tolerate full sunlight.

You can plant this azalea outside, or keep it indoors as a flowering plant. If planting outdoors, your azalea will thrive in an area that receives full to partial sunlight.

Azaleas prefer slightly acidic soil but will adapt to your natural soil even if it's sandy or heavy in clay, as long as it's well-draining. Keep your soil moist and not over-saturated. Make sure that your azalea doesn't sit in standing water.

Azaleas n don't need any fertilizer, but you can give them an acidic fertilizer early every Spring and Fall to give your flowers a boost. 

2. Watering: Keep your soil moist, but not over-saturated. Your Azalea will need watering once a week.
