Planting Instructions: Bay Laurel Trees are adaptable, growing in full sun to partial shade (4 to 8 hours of sunlight daily) and acclimating to a variety of soil types, provided the soil is well-drained.

After selecting your location, dig a hole that’s at least two to three times wider than your Bay Laurel’s root ball. Watering: It’s drought tolerant, but one thorough watering weekly is important until the tree is establishment. If you’re not sure when to water your Bay Laurel, simply check the surrounding soil, down to around 2 or 3 inches. If the tree’s surrounding soil is dry, it’s time to water.
